Do I need to bring the DMV forms with me?

No, you don’t have to bring a DMV form with you; we provide you all DMV forms free of cost. However, make sure you bring in your spectacles if you wear any and your existing CDL medical card.

How long is a DOT medical exam valid for in NY State (dot physical expiration)?

You are required to certify every 2 years to the DMV’s office that you meet all the federal medical requirements to drive a commercial vehicle. They’ll send you a renewal notice 45-60 days in advance to your license’s expiry date.

What happens if a medical condition is found that requires treatment?

Don’t worry! We at Urgent Way make sure that all your medical needs are taken care off. Our board certified physicians will ensure that you get the right medication and care with prompt follow-up to get you functioning as soon as possible. Review the services we provide.
